The Katholische Jugendagentur Köln gGmbH (Catholic youth agency Cologne), is a non-profit and acknowledged agency of the free youth welfare. The organisation acts in the city of Cologne and in the Rhine-Erft area. In the sense of the church mission, the KJA Cologne wants to show future oriented life perspectives to young people and to support them individually in their life planning. The orders for the acting of the KJA Cologne is designed by the pastoral framework concept defining the conditions for the church youth welfare and youth social work in the archbishopric of Cologne. The clients are young people. The KJA Cologne orientates its action on them, independent from their origin, their social standing, education or religion.
